As a small business working closely with trusted suppliers, we maintain a clear and fair return policy to ensure transparency for all customers.

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item received was incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)

To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect sizing or color chosen by the customer

  • General dissatisfaction

Please double-check your order before placing it.

❗ Note

We are unable to accept returns for hygiene-sensitive or custom-printed items unless there is a proven defect.

🕐 Processing Time

If your return/refund request is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

🛑 Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the product price for most items. However, some products (such as those fulfilled by Printify) may have separate shipping fees, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

We do not refund shipping costs or cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
