At Comfort For Seniors, we do our best to ensure smooth and worry-free delivery of every order.

🕒 1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

📬 2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Extended delivery: Some items may take 30–40 days, depending on the supplier. This is always noted on the product page.

💰 3. Shipping Costs

Some of our products include shipping in the price, while others (especially custom-printed items) may have a small shipping fee added at checkout. You'll always see the full cost before placing your order — no surprises.

📍 4. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

🚚 5. Tracking & Confirmation

  • Most orders include tracking. If available, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

  • If tracking is not available, we will still confirm shipment via email.

❗ 6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  1. Wait until the full delivery time has passed

  2. Visit our Contact page

  3. Use the Contact Form to send your order number and message
    We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Some orders may experience delays due to:

  • Supplier processing times

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather or courier issues
    We’ll inform you of any significant delays via email.

📦 8. Split Shipment's

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the supplier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
